Shevolution is a consultancy wing of Eyecatcher Associates set up to advise and develop strategies and actions for producing systems in which women and men work together in equal partnership. Lesley Abdela is Senior Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Chief Executive of Project Parity. She founded the all-Party 300 Group for Women in Politics/Public Life. Tim Symonds is a Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Executive Director of Project Parity. He co-founded the 300 Group. We have a wide variety of experts who work for us. We hand pick teams for each project so that we use the most appropriate personnel.
