Who we are
Shevolution is a consultancy wing of Eyecatcher Associates set up to advise and develop strategies and actions
for producing systems in which women and men work together in equal partnership. Shevolution designs and implements
training programmes, needs assessment reports and communication initiatives all over the world. We work with:
- private sector organisations
- public sector organisations
- international organisations
- political parties
- NGOs
- community groups
Eyecatcher Associates is a partnership which covers a range of areas including consultancy work and journalism.
Its main areas of focus are politics, international affairs, organisational change and equal opportunities.
Meet The Team
Lesley Abdela is Senior Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Chief Executive of Project Parity.
She founded the all-Party 300 Group for Women in Politics/Public Life.
Tim Symonds is a Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Executive Director of Project Parity.
He co-founded the 300 Group.
We have a wide variety of experts who work for us. We hand pick teams for each project so that we use the most appropriate personnel.
Our experts and trainers have ranged from Gender Experts to Media Experts and from former Cabinet Ministers to
US Presidential Advisors.
