Eyecatcher Associates is a partnership which covers a range of areas including consultancy work and journalism. Its main areas of focus are politics, international affairs, organisational change and equal opportunities.Eyecatcher Associates has over ten years experience working in partnership with local people, international organisations, governments, private and public sector employers, and Non Governmental Organisations. We have worked on long-term, medium term and short assignments in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Asia, India, Middle East and Mediterranean countries.

Lesley Abdela is Senior Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Chief Executive of Project Parity. She founded the all-Party 300 Group for Women in Politics/Public Life. Tim Symonds is a Partner in Eyecatcher Associates and Executive Director of Project Parity. He co-founded the 300 Group. We have a wide variety of experts who work for us. We hand pick teams for each project so that we use the most appropriate personnel.
